If you are here because you have a question or have encountered a problem, then we recommend that you check out the Solutions forum for help before submitting a request. You can also run a search through all the forums to see if the issue you have, already has a resolution available! If the answer or solution isn't already posted then please feel free to submit your request! We will attend to your request in a timely manner, but depending on the amount of issues already pending, some patience may prove to be helpful. We hope you find everything you're looking for and continue to use SITESEARCH!     <h1>How to use the SITESEARCH front page...</h1> At the front page of SITESEARCH you will instantly see some of the top recommended sites. Using the arrow buttons, you can choose to see more sites at once and/or scroll through them to see what's all there. The Next Link button will take you to the next ranked link in that links specific category, the back arrow takes you to the previous link in that category. You can also save the links you like to your account for later viewing with the Save for Later button! The cool thing about this is that you don't even have to be logged in! Just save the links you like, and when you log in using the same computer and go to the My Saved Links page, a message will prompt you to choose whether or not the links saved while logged out should get put into your accounts saved links. This way you stay in control and other peoples saves don't get automatically thrown in with yours! <img src="/attachments/token/fjeg2kq1419ju2g/?name=cap01.png" border="0" alt="cap01.png" width="733" height="196" />   At the foot of the page is where you can type in or copy the URL of a website you like and want others to see. After that, you can put a check in the site's Category and hit 'Recommend!'. You can also make comments about any recommendation, email them to friends, and even save the link to your account for later viewing!          <img src="/attachments/token/ug07jrnnu8ma9ii/?name=cap02.png" border="0" alt="cap02.png" width="695" height="306" /> <h1>Using your account...</h1> In your account you can select the categories you are interested in so you only see the stuff you like. You also can check on your friends, your messages, manage your settings and see what's new in the news feed!   <h1>Your Profile...</h1> In your user profile you can add a picture of yourself, check your points, leave comments, manage your saved links and keep tabs on the sites you've recommended in the past.  <img src="/attachments/token/7jusq3ht41ltdch/?name=cap03l.png" border="0" alt="cap03l.png" /> <h1>WebBar features...</h1> If you haven't already downloaded the SITESEARCH TOOLBAR, you will see the SITESEARCH WebBar automatically when you visit the site. Here you can instantly start jumping to our recommended sites by clicking the SITESEARCH button. Or you can narrow down your search by clicking the Categories button to select the things that interest you. There's a login button for fast and easy logins and a home button if you wish to return to the homepage. Another cool thing about the WebBar is that it follows you to the sites it takes you to. When you have navigated away from SITESEARCH new options will appear, allowing you to do cool and useful things! You can add a site you like to your Saved Links page in your account, recommend the site for other sitesearchers to see, or take it off your list by clicking 'Not Interested' and SITESEARCH will never take you to that site again. There is also a Search bar for a quick web search. You can disable or hide the WebBar by clicking the 'X' on the far right of the bar. Click the tab that appears to bring back the WebBar.  <img src="/attachments/token/rdvhsx1fopnhtuo/?name=cap05_webbar2.gif" border="0" alt="cap05_webbar2.gif" />   <h1>Ready for the Toolbar?</h1> To download the toolbar you can choose 'Download Toolbar' from the WebBar itself for an instant download. Or you can go to the toolbar section of SITESEARCH's website to view information about the toolbar and then download it. Links to the toolbar page can be found at the footer of nearly every section or page on the site, as well as a button found on the main menu of the About Us page. Once at the toolbar page you will find descriptions of all the buttons and features the toolbar has, along with the download buttons for Internet Explorer and Firefox.
